- Pay all fees and charges as agreed in your service agreement

5. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your individual service agreement. Generally:
- Fees are payable in British Pounds (GBP) unless otherwise agreed
- Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise specified
- Late payments may incur interest charges at a rate of 8% per annum above the Bank of England base rate
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment
- All fees are quoted as stated in your service agreement unless otherwise specified
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in our Services, including but not limited to our website, content, methodologies, and proprietary tools, remain the exclusive property of Monsta Media.
Upon full payment of fees, you will receive ownership or a license to use the deliverables created specifically for you, as detailed in your service agreement. However, we retain the right to use anonymized data and general methodologies for our business purposes.
You grant us a non-exclusive license to use your name, logo, and case study information for marketing purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during the course of our engagement. This obligation survives termination of the services.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by English law:
- Monsta Media's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
- We do not guarantee specific results from our marketing services, as outcomes depend on various factors beyond our control
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement:
- By giving 30 days' written notice, unless otherwise specified in your service agreement
- Immediately if the other party breaches a material term and fails to remedy the breach within 14 days of written notice
- Immediately if the other party becomes insolvent or enters into administration or liquidation
Upon termination, you remain liable for all fees incurred up to the termination date, and any outstanding invoices must be paid within 14 days.
10. Data Protection

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
